“This place is nothing like it shows in the pictures. Just forget that lovely balcony they use to promote themselves. Also they were not helpful at all - I complained about noise on the first evening, never got another room. After a while I realised it was because I was next to the very loud elevator. This is the worst hotel I've been to.”

“Good location, cool interior and modern rooms makes for a pleasant stay. The room was quiet despite the hotel is on Hollywood Blvd. Cleaning was good but the shower faucet had a life of itself with loose handle and the shower head spread water everywhere. The room was supposed to have robes but we had to ask reception for them. When checking in, at 3PM, there were NO rooms available. We had to wait for 1½ hour before we could get any room.
