“The house is charming, comfortable and well-equipped with beautiful views. Nina is a proactive and attentive host. It’s conveniently located although you’ll need to drive even to nearby locations as there are no sidewalks.It has a relaxing vibe but you can hear plenty of traffic from Laurel Drive below. The bedrooms can get pretty hot when the sun is strong. ”

“The home was updated, well-kept, clean and beautiful. The patio was wonderful and had a great view while feeling private. The only potential issue that should be noted in the listing is the steep hill to reach the home and the climb to get to it. Someone with small kids, strollers, or seniors with mobility issues would have a tough time reaching the home.
