“The room had a weird odor. And appliances were all plugged out, I had to move furniture in order to put the fridge in. Breakfast is subpar and there are no shuttles to the airport”

“It's really a lot of money to pay when the cleaners can't bring yi things that you need when you give them the things that have lredy been used I have been here 2 weeks and no one has offered to clean the room I have had to clean it myself I feel I should be getting a discount for having to go out of my way to get the things I need for the room and having to clean it myself”

“The room was absolutely terrible, the toilet was broken, bathroom door broken. The room did not feel clean at all and it definitely did not feel safe enough to sleep in.”

“My wife and I booked this hotel back in February for the Oddities event. However, had we known what the property was like beforehand, we definitely would have chosen elsewhere. Upon arrival, the first room that we were placed in has roaches. I did complain and we were moved to a different room. I no longer saw any bug issues but the room was filthy.
