“Lovely home just two blocks from the park. The owner was extremely friendly and responsive! Hoping to stay here again sometime!”

“The property was exactly as described and in such an ideal area for walking everywhere. The Host responded promptly and was very professional throughout. The lock codes were personalized to us and they gave us no issues and there was no learning curve. I appreciated the simple things like towels and sheets and shampoo and all the basic little things that allowed us to pack less. Would definitely recommend to someone wanting to visit Fell's Point or the surrounding neighborhoods. Thank you!”

“This was a lovely place for my mom and I to stay - we were dealing with a challenging situation and Solmaz was very kind and was easy to communicate with. The community is nice and parking was easy. ”

“Would not recommend. The listing doesn't reflect the current condition or sketchy area surrounding the home. I rented this for.my elderly parents. The lock box would not open upon arrival just before dark. The owner didnt respond for over an hour so my parents left due to not feeling safe in the area at dark. Additionally the property did not look maintained at all with overgrown weeds coming through the porch and stairs, deteriorating boards on the porch, flimsy/unusable patio furniture on...

“The family-friendly home was perfect for our large group! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and there were plenty of towels, linens, and space for everyone to spread out comfortably. The pool was fantastic and quickly became everyone’s favorite spot. Communication with the host was easy, friendly, and responsive from start to finish. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this home to others!”

“Great stay”

“The property veiws are outstanding. The upper bedroom that lead to the deck has an outstanding view from inside the bedroom as well as sitting on the deck viewing the Marly creek water way. From the deck, I've watched birds of prey dive in and out of Marly creek catching fish. Iv'e also seen other wildlife such as a family of geese, ducks and also a rabbit that lives on the property. Probably thinks its a pet. Spectacular and relaxing to watch. Victor has included a Trampoline, swing,...

“The house was amazing and it was nice to have plenty of space for the kids to spread out. The location was close to everything we needed. Would love to stay again if we are ever in the area again.”

“Great central place for four friends from out of town who happen to be in area to congregate and hang out for a weekend. Made use of the many outdoor patios to relax and talk. Perfect place to go out to eat or order food. Loved the kitchen and the bedrooms were beautiful and spacious. Overall a great house and really glad we found it. Excellentante!”

“Very helpful and responsive ! Comfortable property, nice neighborhood, easy access to groceries. Love the artwork done by the owner! ”

“Parking situation good, just a half block away that covered one car, then for a second car 15/day which wasn’t bad. Overall comfortable but the pullout couch not so much. A stair banister would have been much appreciated and safer. Also more bedside tables for phones, glasses etc.”

“They are texting me and asking me for pay again. Second time I stayed and second time this happened. The first time they found my payment before I had to help figure out what happened and now they are doing the same thing. It’s a very weird thing for me to book on Expedia and then have the host hound me for payment after I leave. Now the second time they are asking for proof of payment again. It’s a horrible way to conduct business”
