I had difficulty with Uber picking me up, and one of the staff of hotel kindly assisted me with finding an Uber ride and carrying my luggage. Felt so comfortable and welcome here. "Absolutely stunning place. The staff are very helpful and patient. The room was supposed to be in the wing but we ended up in the main building in a beautiful room. The breakfast buffet was more like lunch or at the very least a big brunch. There aren't any maps of the building so we had to ask for help to even get out of the hotel. The pool area is worth visiting, even if you don't want to swim. They had lighter, less expensive food, drinks, deserts and for those who need it I noticed there is a smoking area in the pool lounge. Felt safe due to security controls on every person who entered the building.The whole experience was really memorable and one of a kind."
