“The house was perfect for visiting family in the area. It was clean and had plenty of space. It was in a nice location and communication with the host was easy, if needed!”

“My family and I spent the weekend here for Gauley Fest and it did not disappoint. Great location of the home - a couple of minutes to main stores like Walmart and Starbucks and an easy 20 minute drive to the National Park and rivers. The fire pit and hot tub were great ways to unwind after our long hikes. Plenty of room for us to spread out too!”

“This house fit our family perfectly. The kids had plenty to do with the game room and the large yard. The adults enjoyed a game of pool and the hot tub. The getaway is conveniently located to hiking, the beach and Fat Eddie's. If we are in the area again we will definitely stay here.”

“A friend and I stayed in Buckhannon while doing some local ghost hunting. This house was a perfect place to stay and relax after two long days on our feet. The hot tub was especially nice, as a soak and a few beverages while discussing our findings and knowledge gained was an ideal way to end the evenings. The neighborhood is quiet and is a short walk from the college campus.”

“The ski/ski out location is perfect and on a very easy green so accessible to all skill levels. Highlights of the house include comfortable beds, a great hot tub on the deck and a very well stocked kitchen. It’s worth being aware that the house can be drafty and there’s not really a mud room for gear storage and getting ready to ski. All in all, this is a great place to enjoy a ski vacation.”

“This is a very well maintained property in a perfect location. Only a few minutes walking distance to the slopes & the village, and sporting great views over the mountain ranges to the west. Everything is clean and functional, and the owners are quick to respond to any requests. They even left a nice stack of firewood in the garage, and a basket with goodies (including home-roasted coffee beans) for us to enjoy. I was very impressed with how well the kitchen was stocked (waffle iron, crock pot and every utensil you will need) We absolutely loved the location. “I just wanted to get away from everything with my kids near a River we could play in. I wanted to be able to cook and relax. We felt so at home here. There was nobody in the other cabins on the street. It was clean, and the fire pit was great! My boys could go up and down the hill easily.
