Although it is a basement apartment (with your own separate walk-out style entry), it doesn’t feel “basementy” - the sliding glass doors and window allow lots of light in and circulation/ventilation is good, so no musty smell or stuffiness. “It was a great location just off the main street of Fruita, a short walk to cafes, restaurants and brewpubs. Also liked the short drive to Colorado National Monument and Devil's canyon. The space was bigger than expected and nicely appointed.”

“Cute, cozy, clean, comfy, quiet! Great wildlife and star gazing from the deck. Had everything we needed, and Dian was so easy to communicate with. Bed was so soft and cozy. Shower was hot with great pressure. My only complaint is we didn't stay longer! ”

“Great location for visiting Canon city. Appartment was clean and comfortable, and close to downtown Canon city. 3 min walk to the royal gorge railway. Plenty of resturants and cafes close by. Would book here again. Highly recommended. ”
