“Hotel was beautiful and very comfy. The beds were nice and the room was amazing. I loved the free sauna and the rooftop pool was nice. The steam room was broken so that was a bummer. The casino was okay. Very hot and crowed. The Prime restaurant was was extremely expensive and the food was awful. Don't waste your money eating there. Stay and enjoy but eat elsewhere. The cafe in the lobby was nice but also super expensive.”

Frozen, vegan burritos for $12 that you can get from king Soopers for $1.99 or the “Croissant Collection” was actually frozen hockey pucks smaller than the palm of my hand (I am only 5 ft tall) they didn’t even have the frittatas. Sold as a “ “Luxury Resort”, I had a “suite”, asked for the celebration package, someone called me, told me they were to busy but could probably have balloons in the room. No balloons. If...

“One slow elevator for half the hotel … valet service average on arrival , room service charges outrageous and price of food ridiculously expensive eg $5 for a slice of toast $8 for an orange juice before tray charge and 20% gratuity … ski room service also mediocre … would never go back ”
