I paid for my room from earlier in the afternoon, only to get off a two-hour delayed flight, wait another 30 minutes for the shuttle, and then arrive at the hotel to find out that it was fully booked despite my confirmed reservation. I then had to wait an additional 15 minutes while arrangements were made to relocate me to another hotel. Although the staff was helpful, professional, and did their best to assist, and the hotel itself was clean, the situation...

“The view was exceptional. It was a great location. The indoor pool, hot tub & pool table were fun for the kids. You could tell they were working on fixing up the place. The room & grounds were very clean. Staff was really friendly and helpful. For the price it was above our expectations.”

“The room was very clean.The hotel was nice and clean as well. The front desk staff was nice when we got there. The front desk staff when we left talked to people like everyone was bugging her. The fridge was not working and even after reporting this is was not fixed. The TV was not working either it took 2 times telling staff it was not working for them to (fix) it. Channels kept going in and out. We finally just gave up on the TV.”
