When I contacted Expedia, they were not aware that the reservation had been canceled. I then contacted VRBO, where the listing was posted. VRBO was unable to reach the host to determine the reason for the cancellation and could only confirm that the reservation had been active and fully confirmed in their system. “The door card only worked in one door of the three rooms, two of the three bathrooms were dirty with nail clippings and public hair in bath tub, there is no service by the pool so you have to go find food and drinks to bring in by oool, there also is no food in premises so that’s super inconvenient, the resort feel/ vibe is NOT here at all.
