“Arrived and was told that there was no booking and the place was full...Still got charged. No manager on site just the cleaner who didn't speak english and a guest had to translate”

“The rooms is in need of some tlc. There is no free aiport shuttle as said on the information from the hotel, although they arranged this when being shown the page... Poor breakfast, nothing really exciting in the area. Wifi is not included so I would not recommend for business travellers. The room service and food were excellent though! All in all, choose something else!”

“Hotel is part of a different chain OYO flagship. So although I had a reservation made through Orbitz, the reservation wasn’t appearing on the hotel reservation under new flagship. No one from Orbitz told me this change. Hotel didn’t send anyone to pick me up at the Mumbai Airport although I have made reservation for Airport shuttle. “This property did not turn out to be what you see in the pictures. The property is very old, run down and not maintained well was not kept clean. We had stains on our bed sheets, pillow cases and towels upon arrival and even though they were asked to be changed, the new ones still had stains on them. The bathrooms were not kept clean as well, as well as all fixtures being old and worn down. We were very disappointed in the cleanliness of the property. I would not recommend this property. ”
