“BÄSTA hotellet jag bott på nära en flygplats. Det gick fort att komma även till affärer och bio i närheten. Jag fick bra hjälp med väskorna eftersom jag har ett handikapp och inte kan bära tungt. Personalen hjälpte mej också att ordna taxi och autoriksha, de tipsade mej om hur mycket jag borde betala för att inte bli lurad. All personal var trevliga och personliga och pratade mycket med mej, skönt när jag var ensam. Resturangen gör den bästa maten man kan drömma om och på buffe kan alla testa...

“Perfect hotel for a quick stay arriving late from Europé. Just two minutes from arrival hall. No shuttles to wait for in the middle of the night. Nice, clean and modern room. The only negative thing is the Wifi that doesn´t work perfectly.”

“We stayed here between domestic and international flight. Very convenient as we did not have to go out from the airport. We found it easily. Quick check in, comfortable beds, nice products in the bathroom, coffe and tea in the room. We will definetely stay here again. ”

"Everything looks good in pictures and information when booking the hotel. Once in place, it is less flattering. Slow check-in. TV in the room that doesn't work. Minibar with only water. Pool where birds gather to drink water. A bar with only one type of beer. Food OK but slow service. Recurring questions about which room number you have when sitting by the pool. The area outside the hotel was shabby.
Canceled the last two nights (out of four). This because I found a last minute offer at The Oberoi Mumbai for the same price as Novotel Juhu Beach...
