“We spent 5 days in Santa Fe and really enjoyed this rental. It is located in a community of adobe townhomes that is charming and quiet. The location made it quick and easy to walk to downtown or to drive out of town to Los Alamos, Bandelier and Taos. The townhouse had everything we needed and the hosts were responsive and helpful. “Very nice condo, and very clean. I purchased for friends visiting from Ecuador. They enjoyed staying there and liked the setting. It was easy to check in and out. I personally did not enjoy dealing with the property management company. The contract was a good ten pages - geez, but I get they want to protect the property. When I called and explained that I was not personally staying at the property, the receptionist made a big deal out of it, another hassle. A rep was supposed to call me back but...

“The property is exactly as advertised. Clean and walking distance to the Plaza. The garage parking was very convenient since parking is scarce downtown. Future travelers should know to look for the actual parking space number since they are not in order and are not the same as the unit number. ”

“The condo was a nice place for 2 adults in Santa Fe. It is centrally located within a short walk of the plaza and the Railyard so accessing great food is easy. The property was very clean when we arrived and check in went off without a hitch. Definitely would stay here again.”
