"Bra internet, nära till allt och även till Union station"

"Ett prisvärt, nybyggt påkostat hotell med stil som hade allt vi kan önska, utom möjligen att frukost inte ingick i priset. Rummen var volymiösa och hela hotellet andades klass. Det var rent och snyggt överallt. Sängarna var jättesköna och då har jag ändå ryggbesvär. Poolen var fräsch och tillräckligt stor med tillhörande jacucci, suverän ångbastu och vanlig bastu. Parkering ingår och det finns gott om platser i garaget. Personalen är trevlig och tillmötesgående. Jag skrev önskemål om att få bo på top floor om möjligt och vi fick rum på 10:e våningen av 11. Utsikten var fantastisk! Slutligen... Vill man spela på casinot kan man göra det eller så låter man bli och har en bekväm bas att utgå från om man vill in till citykärnan eller t.ex Niagarafallen. (Ta med gps som underrlättar... Trafiken är intensiv med många körfält kors och tvärs!) "

"Ett bra hotell med perfekt läge. Stora rum. Har sett sina bästa dagar men är ändå välskött. Stora gemensamma utrymmen. Poolen på översta våningen och gymmet var inget som imponerade. Men absolut värt att bo här. "

"The outside of the hotel and the surrounddings are a bit shabby so you don't get a good first impression. Other wise it is a standard hotel with nothing extra except the pool, which is nice!"

"Calling this a luxury Hotel is an insult to real luxury hotels. The entrance gives a luxurious impression but the rooms are old and tired. The room had a coffeepod machine but no pods were offered. The wifi is NOT included, you have to become a member to get free wifi. I will not choose this hotel again. You are better off at 1 King West hotel "
