“Host was very responsive, and the space was much better in person, and very clean. Everything was ready for us when we arrived. It’s been a rough winter so there was some ice build up on the stairs leading down to the hot tub, so it would have been nice to have that checked before arriving. Also there was no tinfoil, clear wrap or wax paper type things so we had to get creative with cooking and keeping leftovers. But overall the experience was wonderful and the chalet was exactly what we needed....

“The house itself was nice and the property had a beautiful setting, backing onto the lake with a lovely sandy walkout beach. That said, the property could use a little TLC. It was clear that the photos from the listing were taken a few years ago, as things are more worn now than they appeared online. The most disappointing issue was that the fridge wasn’t working properly, and unfortunately we didn’t realize until it was too late.”

“We booked this property for a girls trip. Leading up to the trip I had reached out to the host to request an early check in. The host took days to reply but eventually was kind enough to offer a 2 hour earlier check in. After that we never heard from the host. The day of our check in we received no information on how to access the property so I reached out and asked. The host replied this time in a timely manner to give us the code to get in and that was it. Once we got to the property I had to...

“The place was exactly as advertised, and the living area was excellent for group socializing, spacious, comfortable, and well laid out. The location is also very convenient, really close to Blue Mountain, which made getting around easy. Peter was a fantastic host and always replied promptly. Any concerns we raised were addressed quickly and professionally, which we really appreciated. Overall, a great experience and we would happily stay again.”
