“The location is quiet and conveniently near many food options and a grocery store. The place has comfortable furniture and everything was clean. Washer and dryer and all the amenities you need for a short stay. I would definitely book this place again. Less expensive than a hotel with more amenities and privacy”

“This was our second 2 week stay at Claremont #1. We had another wonderful time. The place is so nice and well equipped. We sleep very well while there...comfortable bed and great climate system. The neighborhood is quiet and great for walking. The courtyard is very welcoming. Host responds quickly to questions. Thanks, Will!”

“Let me get the negatives out of the way first:
I was super skeptical of having to use Aardvark Labs, as my booking forced me to use a 3rd party website. I even went through Vrbo support w/a live agent to confirm it was legit. It asks you to take pictures, scan your ID, etc so I was very on-edge of this being a scam.
But the Vrbo agent assured me this was legitimate, and that the renter went through their process, so I gave it a shot.
Another irritation is that even after going through...
