"The casita was excellent and located in a beautiful, safe, quite residential section near downtown Phoenix. The host was available to greet us and review the features of the property. Dining options were available within a short walk or driving distance. We only stayed one night but I would stay here again for an extended period and recommend this property to anyone who wished to stay in this area. "

"This was such an extraordinary rental property. The pictures do not do this place justice. I visited Phoenix for graduation and my family and I were able to stay comfortably in the home. We loved the back patio to relax and the beds were amazing for resting. The home is a short walk to downtown and a short drive to many places. 10/10 I would definitely recommend. "Loved every part of this place. Location central to everything in the area. Quiet area made it feel like we were the only ones around. Lovely pool area in back, perfect for kids and adults alike. Hosts were accommodating on check in. Definitely recommended this place and will try and book here again next time we’re down in Phoenix!"

"Really nice and comfortable place. Only negative and frustrating thing…We couldn’t reach the property manager, he never answered my emails that I sent when we reached the property. We never received a code to access the house and had to call the realtor listed on the sign out front. After two plus hours, the realtor is who provided a code to enter the house."

"This house is about 10 minutes from GCU. It was a perfect location for us as we made several trips back and forth to move our daughter out. The showers, kitchen and pool are fantastic! Lots of room for everyone. Would definitely stay here again. Great communication with the owner."

"The home was perfect for our stay and just as beautiful as the pictures. We especially enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and patio. Such a comfortable spot to relax in! "Loved our long weekend at Casa Gia. We were here for our daughter’s graduation at GCU. The house is clean and comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. Jeremy, our host, was helpful and available. Location is perfect and has everything you need nearby. Highly recommend this place."

"Overall enjoyed stay; very spacious and comfortable. Few suggestions: backyard needs attention - full of weeds, better quality toilet paper and paper towels - no Kleenex. Took forever to get hot water to kitchen sink which affected the dishwasher - didn’t dissolve tablet, dishes still dirty. Master bathroom had a bit of sewer odor. But we would use this property again."

"I’ve stayed at plenty of houses on Vrbo and this one by far is the best. He made it feel so welcoming and right at home. He was so sweet and let me celebrate my 21st birthday there. He came to check on us to make sure we didn’t need anything! I would definitely recommend staying here because I know I will be back for sure."

"Overall it was an okay stay. The neighborhood wasn’t amazing and upkeep of house was alright. Some things were still dirty but not excessively. The stay wasn’t majorly impacted by the lack of attention to those details but it could’ve definitely made a difference had they been attended to. P.S. the parking should definitely be noted on the listing with a photo included. My car is very low to the ground and unless I was willing to scrape it I had to park on the street. Just something to note for...

"This was a beautiful area to stay. My room was spacious. Had floor-to-ceiling windows. It was clean, quiet. Soundproofing was done very well. There was a little bit of construction going on. They did include ear plugs in one of the side tables. Not that I used them. I had my own and I only really needed them. One day out of the 10 I stayed. I would have to say that the only negative thing I would have to say about this property is the lighting. I am visually impaired so I need lots of light to...
