“Beautiful, quiet and safe area. We enjoyed our month here! Easy place to walk our small dog. The home had everything we required. There are so many places to go and eat in the area and the proximity to Scottsdale and highways made it central to all the places we visited. ”

“The house was nice and the neighborhood fairly quiet. My friend and I only had 2 real complaints: the water heater wouldn't turn on the first night, and there were no washcloths in the building. I messaged the owner about the first problem the next morning, and he had someone out there fixing it that afternoon. As for the 2nd problem, I figured I had bothered him enough, so I just went and bought a pack of washcloths. They're cheap and nothing to fuss over.”

“Owners were very responsive. We had an exploded coke in our freezer at arrival and a dirty extra comforter (not easily obvious, had to unfold it to find where soiled) and the owners immediately worked to remedy/clean both. The house is really cute and clean. Do not love that there is another house right next to us, that is also a rental, and it's basically in what would be the backyard of the house - where all the outdoor fun is (jacuzzi, Connect-4, life-size chess). “Quiet enough except for being very close to the airport. some street noise...some airplane. it would be so much better with some dark or blackout curtains. especially in that front bedroom. the sun coming up before 6am directly into the front, east facing bedroom made for early mornings. but, comfortable enough, clean, the AC worked fine and it was .09 miles to the baseball stadium and just over 2 miles to the airport rental car center. worked for us.”

“We had a great time in Phoenix visiting our son and Ray’s property was perfectly located. We had a bit of a hiccup checking in but Ray was quick with a phone call and we were in business. The property itself is amazingly restored and is in a neighborhood in the midst of revitalization - it could seem sketchy to some but we had no issues and never felt unsafe. 9/10 - would recommend. ”

“Very pleased with our stay at Mid Town Casita. Property managers were very helpful. Loved the large open area and kitchen island. Very clean with plenty of space inside and out for the 3 of us. I would definitely come here again. Only downside was the construction taking place on the surrounding streets, but that couldn't be helped. Highly recommend.”

1/5 Väldigt dåligt

"Först så får man direkt en örfil av lukten vid ingången/lobbyn av chem. Sedan fick vi bära upp vårt bagage pga ingen hiss på övervåningen där vi hade vårt rum. Hotellet är klädd i smutsig heltäckningsmatta. Det är människor som bankar på varandras dörrar på nedervåningen och vi fick en otrygg känsla. Vårt rum luktade super mycket rök. Men tjejen som även verkar bo där med hennes familj bakom receptionen var jätte trevlig och gav oss ett nytt rum och bad om ursäkt samt tackade för feedback. Andra rummet luktade illa, dåliga fötter, men vi fick göra ett val och vi stannade. Det fanns stänk (blod?) i taket, en använd tvättlapp i badet, en AC som lät massor, bortglömt mat i kylen och hårtorken fungerade inte. Det är nog ett av de värsta ställen jag bodde på faktiskt! Du kan hitta något bättre! "
