Resorter i Centrala Vietnam

“My experience at Kim resort was anything but smooth. Hieu and Thuy were great and had I dealt with then from start to finish, i would have likely given this a 5 star rating, but Hong is the reason why this review will only get 3 stars. Here is the story: Upon arrival for checking in, i was advised by the receptionist on duty (named Hong) that I would need to pay more for the 3 kids that accompanied me and the family to the resort. I had booked the entire 3 bedroom villa which says sleeps 9, and...

“Amazing little hotel. Staff are so helpful and go the extra mile for you. Loved having the pool right outside my bungalow which enabled me to get some sun and chill whilst my kids were taking their nap. WhatsApp customer service available 24/7. Very reasonably priced food and laundry services and they also do not have an issue with Grab being delivered which some hotels which is helpful as I did eat and drink a lot from the resort but sometimes my children just wanted a McDonald’s. Customer...

“It’s a nice small resort this one. Staff is service minded and the spa staff are amazing. Great pool area with plenty of space. The beach has white sand and you can see Nha Trang on the other side. We stayed in the beach Villa which was spacious with a nice location. On the downside the food in the restaurant left more to ask for, and the breakfast felt very small (limited) compared to other five star hotels in Nha Trang. The Villa was a bit hollow as you could hear your neighbors speak...

“Beautiful scenic view at ocean from the hill, nice infinity pool overlooking ocean, just wish the water is cooler, maybe better water rotation? Staff are very helpful especially goft cart and restaurant personnel”

“One of the best hotel/resort experiences we’ve ever had! Amazing facilities, beautiful surroundings, incredibly friendly and service minded staff as well as great food. A special thanks to our butler Amy for the great service and lovely care taking, and also to our great bartender Marcus who showed us how to make three different cocktails, always with a smile on his face and positive energy. We highly recommend this hotel to any people who seeks out “the best of the best”!”
