“Everything about this stay was great. Parking is plentiful. Our room was a newly renovated on the 5th floor, it was very clean. Breakfast was varied with hot and cold every morning. There's 24hr coffee/tea/hot cocoa station. Staff was friendly, especially the gentleman in the morning breakfast. Enjoyed our stay and a very good value.”

“Overall, great service and a pleasant stay. I didn’t try the breakfast, so I can’t comment on that. The room was well-equipped and comfortable, though I found it surprising that there were no complimentary bottles of water provided. Having at least one or two would be appreciated. It would also be nice to include single-use toothbrushes and toothpaste for guests’ convenience. The staff kindly reminded me of my membership status, which was appreciated however, it would have been even better if...

“I had a wonderful experience at Tru by Hilton Ashland. The hotel is modern, clean, and well-maintained, with a fun and vibrant atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in and our entire stay smooth and pleasant. I especially appreciated the complimentary breakfast and the game room, which added a nice touch of relaxation.
