“Booked a presidential suite for our stay, ended up getting a studio room with a pull down bed. Room was definitely not what was advertised. The provider also changed names after our booking and before our stay - can't find their listing anymore on hotels.com. Quite disappointing experience.”

“Absolutely loved this place and would totally book it again. We stayed for two nights and could not have asked for a better location and accommodations. It’s a studio apartment and perfect for two people or a couple with kids as the couch pulls out. The place is clean and the view of the CN tower is gorgeous. It’s walking distance to everything you would need to do in Toronto and delicious restaurants close by like Taverna . Can’t wait to come back!!”

“Didn’t know in the property listing that key will need to be picked up at another place, it was close by however. Property itself was clean and worth the price.”

“Great!”

“Cute little suite right downtown. Close to the harbour, St. Lawrence Market, Union Station, CN Tower/Skydome. Was a really easy check in process (not always the case with these bigger towers). Overlooks the DVP but traffic noises were more like white noise. Nice sunrise!”

After a long 20-hour drive from the United States via Montreal, I arrived expecting a clean and comfortable accommodation. Unfortunately, the reality fell far short of the online presentation, and the overall...

“Excellent value. Had a few issues with the appliances, but I’m guessing they were caused by previous guests. The dishwasher was kind of falling out of the wall and the oven didn’t work. When we reached out about the oven, they responded quickly (the fan wouldn’t turn off, the knob to control it was missing). Because there was so many utensils/cooking tools available (much more than usual), we were able to just use the stovetop instead. The location was excellent and the apartment was very...

“For the price there’s better options and the ac didn’t work stayed at 26 the entire time”

“The place looks exactly like the pictures—actually, even better in person! We loved the balcony and the beautiful city lights at night. The location was perfect for us, the check-in instructions were very easy to follow, and the host/support team replied right away whenever we had questions. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend it!”
