“Todo estuvo correcto respecto al alojamiento. Lo único negativo fue la experiencia en el check-in: aunque informé con anticipación un retraso de vuelo, (con anticipación de 12 horas), el cobro adicional y la insistencia inmediata en el pago al llegar me hicieron sentir poco bienvenida después de un viaje pesado. “loved this hotel - I got upgraded to a one bedroom suite and it was spacious and beautiful. It had a nice sized balcony, a jacuzzi bathtub (which I didn't get to use). It also came with a dyson hairdryer and a yoga mat and weights. I was in Madrid for less than 24 hours, so I had a lot of ground to cover in a short amount of time. “This hotel is quite centrally located, about 5 minutes' walt to metro station Tribunal, which takes you to the Airport with one change. The room and amenities are very basic but adequate. It is good that there is a small desk even though there is no electric outlet there and not a lamp. In fact, the room can be quite dark due to the lack of lighting. The young man at the reception was particularly friendly and helpful.”
