“We had a great time staying at Villas Picalu and recommends it for everyone who wants to stay at a clean and friendly place with a nice and generous breakfast and the most helpful and considerate hosts you could ever ask for!”

“Ame el hotel, limpio, el personal siempre buena onda, comida a la hora que se nos antojara, la alberca gigante, calientita. 100% recomendado”

“The comminication needs to be improved. I had to call to receive instructions. I was told that they had been sent by mail, but the only instructions were about payments. I guess it could be better if you send instruction by Wh App before arriving. The window bathroom was exposed to the street. We had to take a shower with the lights off.”

“The staff was excellent and the whole experience was great. Plan on booking there again next year.”

“Det borde renoveras”

“Mycket bra hotell komplex har några år på nacken men trots det så är det super bra !! Lite svårt att boka Ala carte restaurangerna bara”

“Wow!!! If you are looking to relax in nature this is the place. The hosts and staff were amazing making sure our every need was met including getting a Drs appointment for my son. They would also prepare us meals on request. At night you can enjoy the fire by the cenote with the glowing lights inside the caves. During the day the birds are very entertaining we even spotted a toucan. Honestly we can’t say enough about this heaven on earth. We will definitely be returning next year. ”

“Was a little hesitant to book as I am not a wellness / inward centred person...just wanted a luxe hotel on a gorgeous beach! At least in off season (mid Sept), I saw little evidence of this being a targetted wellness resort. There were classes held somewhere...I never saw them. Alcohol was offered on all menus (usually without prices but presumably not included in this all inclusive resort?) The food was truly amazing and healthy, saw a bit of seafood on menu, not too much red meat. Rooms...

“Fantastiskt hotel. Våra rum var fantastiska men hade inte varit alls lika nöjd om jag hamnat i djungelrumnen. God mat, trevlig personal och vacker strand. Roligt att göra utflykter till närområdet. Funkade bra med vanlig taxi men fråga om priset först. ”
