“You NEED A vehicle to get around in. The Entire road leading to the condo is Koleche with pot holes for about 16 min straight. The day we checked in, the restaurant that is onsite was closed and the nearest and Expensive restaurant (Conch Shack) was about 23 min away. The rooms are clean and there is a beautiful view of the ocean in building 2 (not as beautiful as Grace Bay). The hostess was very slow on responses and only answers questions about the property. “The shuttle service itself was fine, but the experience with the driver could definitely be improved. He was not very welcoming, seemed impolite at times, and was not particularly helpful during the ride. A friendlier attitude and better customer service would make passengers feel much more comfortable. I hope this feedback is taken into consideration to help improve the experience for future customers.”

“Everything about Ellipse was amazing! I wish I had more time! The property and room was absolutely pristine!!! Cleanest room I have ever had. And the decor was everything. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed from the moment I arrived. My room was even ready and they allowed me to check in before 12. Cutest market and shop Caribbean outpost there on the property. Can’t wait to return!”

“The stay was fantastic. Try to bring bug spray as the mosquitos are alive and well at night time no matter where you are on the island. Everything else was immaculate. Clean room, staff was super helpful and kind, beach views all day, and free parking if you are renting a car. Do remember at about 11pm the gates close so you can't really leave with a car. “Our experience at Windsong was great. We were in the beachfront junior suite, which was stunning— the perfect amount of space, beautiful views, a comfortable bed, and two full bathrooms.
