“Vi åkte till Blue Haven för att gifta oss, blev de första gästerna på hotellet som gifte sig! Det blev som på film, aldrig någonsin kunde vi ha tänkt oss att det skulle bli så bra som det blev. “The hotel opened 7 weeks ago and they have put a lot of effort in good food and a beautiful interior as well as exterior. The staff is well educated even though you can see they are new at the hotel. They are all friendly and keen to fulfill all your needs. “The host could not have been more helpful and friendly! Pool was a little cool and didn't get a lot of sun but we were always able to find some sun on the pool deck. When we booked the listing said a hot tub was there but none was available so that was a disappointment. Close to all beaches and in a quiet safe neighborhood . Worked out perfectly for us, would recomend it to anyone traveling there.”

“I’ve been to Turks with friends and family several times, but this was the first time I rented a beachfront property with concierge service and it was an amazing experience. The concierge service at Long Bay Beach Club coordinated VIP airport entrance and transportation to the villa and we skiped the long line. We also opted for gourmet chef service, and it was a fantastic experience. The villa was impeccably clean, with high-quality towels, shampoo, and all the amenities we could imagine....

“The staff were extremely nice and helpful. Even though there are no elevators, our bags were carried up and down the stairs for us, which was so nice. Everyone was friendly and the accommodations were fantastic. Would definitely stay again!”

“Spacious boathouses with great patio and terrace views. Very clean. Our boathouse had a few issues with the patio door lock and dryer not working which could not be fixed during our stay. Staff offered to move us but we decided shifting was not worth the effort. Dining is limited to 1 restaurant and the breakfast menu gets boring. Beach services are only towel and umbrella, no dining or drinks available. There is construction going on in the property but it is well managed snd not disturbing.”

“If you’re looking at a way to do Turks and Caicos on a budget, this place is for you. It’s great having the golf cart to take you to the beach if you didn’t feel like walking. Only a 3 to 4 minute walk all the amenities, chairs, umbrellas, paddle boards, and kayaks. Available to you morning. Breakfast was very average but nice to have as it is very expensive to eat out on the island. Grocery store is a two minute walk. Would definitely go back.”

"I wanna give them a 5 star super friendly staff but rooms feel outdated. AC is not working correct even if we tried to adjust and staff helped us to move to another room still same problem. Way to cold air blowing. No proper sleep and feel exhausted. Bed broke aswell and not comfertable. We had to take massage in order to feel relaxed.. food was Ok. But breakfast not worh it. Very poor and boring selection. Better to spend on local cafes / restaurant. Beach was good and clean. "
