“Me and my husband stay here at the cottage house was safe & looks exactly as shown in pictures! Host communication is excellent! Only issue I had was I spotted a dead roach and a few bugs in corners etc . In my opinion house keeping should kill critters and spray some insects spray! But overall a good stay very comfortable and safe! ”

“This property is not as advertized. It is being renovated. There is demolition and construction debris strewn about the property including old deck railing, chain link fencing and barb wire, rusted out wheelbarrows. The "pool" shown in the picture is an open hole in the ground. Some of the decking has been replaced but the remainder is rotted with boards sticking up and holes through the wood and mostly covered with old pool equipment and ladder. The grill is not functional. There are no deck...

“This was exactly what I needed, an affordable cute little place to stay. I ended up going solo so I had it all to myself, which was nice. Everything I needed worked just fine and was there to use. “Check in was easy but listing stated that there was AC and I didn’t know that it was located only in the bedroom. It was ok in the rest of the dwelling only when the bedroom door was open. Host responded but was slow with his responses I was greeted with many bugs and it was a very uncomfortable experience. I don’t have bugs where I reside and I don’t want to deal with bugs while on vacation when I paid $1k plus. I let the host know about the bugs early on after checking in and he stated...

“LaToya was absolutely the worst host I've ever encountered. I have rented many homes, all over the Caribbean & the world & I have never had the problem I had here. Upon check-in we noticed how unusually warm the home was. I immediately reached out to LaToya to whom became defensive, argumentative and unwilling to properly resolve the issue. I say properly resolve because technicians attempted to "charge the AC unit". But it became obvious that the home needed a completely brand new unit however...

“The villa was beautiful and peaceful. We loved having the cool pool to swim in after a day at the beach. We kayaked everywhere around Chalk Sound. So pretty. LOVED it!”
