“Such a cute place right on the beach. It is a little out of the way from town but we didn't mind at all! I would say you definitely need a car or golf cart, taxis are expensive and we probably went to and from town at least twice a day. Overall we loved it, we would definitely come back!”

“Central to beaches and great restaurants this cottage is perfect for your stay in Providencialis. It has everything you need and nothing you do not. The pool and surounding patios are a welcoming reprieve from a day on the beach. Beautiful Grace Bay and Sapodilla beaches are a must do! The hosts were very welcoming and provided an escort to the cottage. This helped us easily navigate the island. We loved our stay at this cottage. It will always be our TC home”

“This property is not as advertized. It is being renovated. There is demolition and construction debris strewn about the property including old deck railing, chain link fencing and barb wire, rusted out wheelbarrows. The "pool" shown in the picture is an open hole in the ground. Some of the decking has been replaced but the remainder is rotted with boards sticking up and holes through the wood and mostly covered with old pool equipment and ladder. The grill is not functional. There are no deck...

“Just magical. North Caicos is remote and requires a few extra steps to get there, but if the idea of being on the water, looking out on islands and sand with no one else in sight, appeals at all to you then this is an amazing place to stay.Alison was a fantastic host who was very prompt in responding to our questions. She has a deep and thorough knowledge of the island and gave great advice on places to see and local restaurants to try.I would give six stars if I had the option.”

“The his house was amazing for its location and privacy. It was a perfect stay to relax and enjoy the nice surroundings. Beach was so close and the sound of the waves at night made our sleep so pleasant.I would jutst add that the house may need repairs and upgrades. Otherwise it was al perfect. ”

The villa is stocked with basic amenities (Shampoo, Conditioner, body wash)to make a quick back pack trip perfect.
