“Fantastisk personal. Bra läge, bra frukost!”

“View was absolutely amazing”

“I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and everything was great. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!”

“The food at Il Forno was excellent! Everyone was friendly and lovely, but they seemed understaffed. The pool area is nice, but the pool is small. Room was cleaned extraordinarily well every day and we were impressed with how quiet the rooms are. The beach area has chairs and umbrellas, but there are two large construction projects going on in the adjoining area, so it’s not as pleasant as it could be if that wasn’t going on. The beach was clean, but it wasn’t as beautiful as the beaches closer...

“Hotel with very convenient location to Grace Bay Beach. Staff very friendly and helpful. Value for money compared to other properties in the area.”

“The property was under renovation so the spa wasn’t available and there was construction ongoing. The staff at the front desk, restaurant and pool/beach were friendly and helpful. Hemingway restaurant is a great spot for all meals. The bikes were a bit disappointing; older and not in great shape but we took them to town as they were rideable. Overall we had a great time.”

“Älskar detta stället!!! Genuint, fantastiskt läge, underbar restaurang direkt på stranden. Kommer definitivt tillbaka! Mycket mysigare än att bo på en stor resort”

“Great stay at the Retreat. It embraces the name! The concierge was very friendly and gave us excellent recommendations for water excursions and local restaurants. Our room was very spacious and everything in it felt brand new. I especially liked that the bathroom has separate wet and dry areas, and the memory foam mattress was very comfortable. The room was spotless. Housekeeping came twice a day, including an evening turndown to get the room ready for sleeping. I used the pool, hot tub, and...

“Close walk to the beach, air conditioner was amazing!”

“Excellent.”

“I wanna give them a 5 star super friendly staff but rooms feel outdated. AC is not working correct even if we tried to adjust and staff helped us to move to another room still same problem. Way to cold air blowing. No proper sleep and feel exhausted. Bed broke aswell and not comfertable. We had to take massage in order to feel relaxed.. food was Ok. But breakfast not worh it. Very poor and boring selection. Better to spend on local cafes / restaurant. Beach was good and clean. ”

“I love the fact that the studio apartment is at the back and it's very spacious and clean. The decor is also nice. I felt completely at home away from home. Make sure to take all toiletries, snacks, drinks, etc. it's not included, because it's not a hotel. It's the guest responsibility. I'll be back and I'll be recommending to my friends and family. Florence has great communication skills and made sure I was comfortable and satisfied. She's a great host. Highly recommended.”
