“Ocean Club West var ett toppen hotell med super trevlig personal. Vi bodde i en stor lägenhet med fullt utrustat kök, sköna sängar och stor altan mitt på vackra Grace Bay stranden. Man kan låna kanoter, paddel board och cyklar utan kostnad samt åka shuttle till syster hotellet och fritt använda deras faciliteter. Man har närhet till restauranger, supermarket och shopping. ”

“What a beautiful property! We enjoyed our stay here. There’s a reason it’s a 5-star resort! We were able to walk to the local fish fry but everywhere else was convenient with a quick taxi ride away. The hotel has taxi’s waiting in the parking lot so it’s easy to have a car waiting at any point. We enjoyed the swim up pool bar and grabbing a beach chair was so easy! “Great stay, boutique hotel, our cottage suite on the ground was like an apartment, with everything, kitchen, washer and dryer, nespresso maker, stove, refrigerator, spacious bedroom , comfortable king bed , terrace , front of the pool and the beach was right there, like 1 or 2 minutes walking from our room, breakfast included very convenient with variety of choices, and we had a dinner on the hotel restaurant, and it was delicious, spectacular beach, white sand, plenty of chairs and umbrellas,...

“We had a great vacation at the resort. Ron was a great host and very responsive to any inquiries we had. The check in instructions were perfect and we had no challenges getting in and getting comfortable. The unit was very clean and well kept. “New staff from last year. We recognized only two - front desk and massuse (sp?). Food was excellent, but very slow. 90 minute wait for lunch special. Two hours at one dinner and still waiting for main course. Sailboat broken and paddle boards broken by bartenders who should not have been using. Our room had a broken door. We pointed it out and housekeeper said it had been on maintenance’s radar for a while. However. Maintenance came in two days and repaired it completely. These are...

“If you’re looking at a way to do Turks and Caicos on a budget, this place is for you. It’s great having the golf cart to take you to the beach if you didn’t feel like walking. Only a 3 to 4 minute walk all the amenities, chairs, umbrellas, paddle boards, and kayaks. Available to you morning. Breakfast was very average but nice to have as it is very expensive to eat out on the island. Grocery store is a two minute walk. Would definitely go back.”
