“We are kiters so it is a fantastic location. Right on the Beach. The only AC is in the bedroom which worked great for sleeping but this means the rest of the house has no AC so keep the windows open. The screens need fixing and not all the windows will open because they are old and broken. Everything else worked in the house. Good water pressure in the shower too. If you are fine with the humidity and breeze you will be ok. I think the sofa is a pull out but I wouldn't make anyone sleep on it...

“The unit was clean and well equipped. It does need to have blackout curtains. The sun rises early and you will be woke up early, early first thing in the morning. When staying here you will need to have a rental car- but driving almost anywhere on the island only takes 30 minutes.”

“I've stayed in at least 20 VRBO properties and this is definitely one of the best! The communication is excellent, the property manager is accessible and easy to connect with if you need them - but they are not intrusive. I can't say enough about the house, so I won't even try. “We were greeted at the Jacaranda upon arrival. Luz walked us around to familiarize us with the house. She gave us the info we needed to contact her with any issues that may arise but we did not have any issues. The house is located across from the private beach walkway. Very short walk to the beach.
