The building is in the heart of Chamonix, close to the slopes and shops: 4 minutes from the Savoy/Brévent ski lifts, 3 minutes from the Tourist Office, 2 minutes from a "U supermarket" and other shops, 2 minutes from the Chamonix mountain house and the ski school departure, 3 minutes from the Alpina shopping centre.
The flat is fully equipped to ensure you have an excellent stay, it contains: oven, washing machine, television, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, raclette machine, and hair dryer. It is equipped with a WiFi network.

## Emplacement
Famous ski resort, Chamonix is renowned for its location at the foot of Mont Blanc, the highest peak in Western Europe. Capital of mountaineering, Chamonix is much more than a resort: 10 ski areas make up its valley, an authentic and lively town center and many activities are offered in winter and summer (snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, dog sledding, a magnificent spa facing Mont Blanc, hiking to high altitude lakes, mountain biking...). Other touristic places are also very popular: the Aiguille du Midi, starting point for the mythical Vallée Blanche, invites you to a unique experience at 3800m of altitude, or the Montenvers Railway, leading to the Mer de Glace. The latter is a 7.5 km long valley of glaciers. Spectacular landscapes are to be discovered throughout the year.
