“Room was clean and comfortable. Property is very nice. Staff is exceptional. ”

“The pool was closed the remotes to the tv’s didn’t work they only had a few channels on the tv no local channels the water in the kitchen and bathroom sink didn’t get hot the toilet didn’t flush well and the bathtub pooled water on the i side in the middle of the tub water didn’t fully drain out even as you showered you would have your feet covered in water the breakfast wasn’t good at all the food was undercooked salty or not seasoned ”

“Overall good. The air freshener on a timer was overwhelming. Small things are overlooked- one bath towel in the room a check in, room was warm, what appeared to be dried shaving cream or soap on the bathroom door. Nothing major but still didn’t deserve 5 stars. ”

“The room was in very poor shape, there was no cold water in the bathroom - when the faucit was turned on to cold nothing came out!, the toilet was very hard to flush. The bathroom door was swollen due to moisture and we could not close it. Breakfast was por at best, the selection was very limited and not fresh.”

“The place was very clean, the decor felt modern, and the bed was very comfortable. Although breakfast was not included, the simple kitchen was very convenient for our road trip because we could cook some basic hot meals. The only issue was that the electric stove took quite a long time to boil water, so I hope that can be improved. I also really liked the wooden flooring, since it is easier to keep clean and less likely to attract fleas. I am very sensitive to fleas, so that was especially...

“The property had everything we needed. The only complaint is that someone walked into the room that was supposedly working on an AC and walked into the wrong room. My daughter was alone and was mortified. They apologized and he didn’t try to stick around but knocking is essential. We asked for a do not disturb sign and had no additional issues. ”
