“Very clean. Common area was air conditioned but it was hard to meet other people (confined). Bed in dorms was nice, with privacy curtain, small storage underneath (larger backpacks did not fit so they were in the way in the hallway). Also a cubby with key for storing away small valuables. “We really looked forward staying at this hotel because it looked amazing. Reality was not so amazing… the house itself is wonderful but everything is cold and empty spaces. Staff is nice as always but that’s not enough for the price you pay. It’s a 2 star hotel playing dress up as a 4 star… restaurant closed, bar closed. No spa no service. But in their description it all sounds amazing and exclusive.
