I was recommended a more centrally located hotel in Mystic, but opted for this location a bit more in the outskirts of the town. “The property is completely run down and about two thirds of the property looks abandoned. The room was dirty. The bed sheets had holes and stains. The windows did not lock. There is one outlet in the entire room. The shower head was broken and sprayed water everywhere. The indoor pool was gross and had moldy water and place smelled like something died in there. There was only one light outside that worked so it was very dark outside. We did not feel safe. As far as staff, we saw no one other...

“The beds were great. The tub had not been cleaned (so we opted to shower when we got home). The people next door had a dog or two (hard to tell) that barked and whined often. We did not get much sleep. Someone in a different room pounded on the walls (meaning "shut your dogs up.") If it was a longer stay we would have requested a different room. When checking out no one was at the desk. There was a sign "be right back" so we left the key in the key box and chose not to wait. We will not...
