“I stayed in The Cove cottage which is small but ideal for a single guest. However, if the guest has mobility issues, there are a few challenges. The walk from the parking area is up hill with no railings, and there are also no handrails to get up the steps to the cottage door. The cottage has two metal bucket chairs, but no table where you can sit and eat if you wish to stay in. The toilet is fairly low to the floor with no grab bars to help you up, and the shower has no grab bars to help...

“Staying at the Taber Inne & Suites is a bit like travelling back in time... I was recommended a more centrally located hotel in Mystic, but opted for this location a bit more in the outskirts of the town. Very peaceful, good parking, easy to locate and a very short walk into the center! There is a small coffe shop (Nana's) very close by and a few small eating spots (more downtown). Parking was outside my room (no 15) and reception a few doors down. Spacious, great wifi, ok bathroom, door to back...

“Hotellet var ok, ligger lite off om man vill gå till hamnen i Mystic. Det krävs bil eller väldigt bekväma skor och 1 timmars promenad. Rummet var stort och bra. Besvikelsen kom när vi skulle lägga oss och tog bort överkastet. Sängen hade bara ett skrynkligt underlakan. När vi påpekade detta fick vi till svar att det var bäddat och att de tvättar överkastet varje dag. Inte sant och även om så bäddar man sängen med lakan absolut inte med bara ett överkast. Jag har bott på hotell flera hundra...

“The TV and the internet were issues for more than one room. Smell was musty. Bed was a metal frame with a hard mattress...an inflatable would have been more comfortable. Almost walked out, but was just too tired.”

“Due to an issue with previous hotel and having to leave immediately, we were absolutely amazed by this property! Evan was a top notch host and prepared the most amazing breakfast items and even accomodated my gluten allergy! We absolutely loved our stay and will be booking as a yearly getaway. We look forward in staying in the warmer months so that we can enjoy the outside gardens and pool.”

“Room very clean and spacious. Great staff. Adjoining restaurant had great food at very good prices. Would recommend staying here to anyone.”

“They advertise breakfast included, but when we checked in they informed us that they weren’t currently serving breakfast. They put out only juice cups and granola bars. ”

“The Inn was quaint, ocean view from the room, had a fire place in the room which made it even cozier. Will definitely stay here again!”

“You get what you pay for. This motel was the cheapest in the area for the weekend we needed. It was clean, mostly quiet and very convenient in location. However, if you need an actual kitchen, this was not it. There was a second sink but nothing else to allow cooking or any food prep.”

“Otroligt otrevlig hotellpersonal vid incheckningen. Jag reser mycket och den här var nog den mest ointresserade hotellpersonal jag har mött. Trots att det fanns lediga rum i gatunivå måste hon prompt ge mig ett rum på andra våningen. ”

“The motel could use an upgrade. I was concerned that the door on the room wasn’t locked and easy to get in. Bathroom door dodnt shut. Staff was pleasant. No amenities but it was an inexpensive hotel”
