We had a water leak in our room on our last night there and when we asked for a manager there was none around, later in the week we finally heard back from management via email and they wouldn’t give us a refund for our 2night stay, they only offered 7,500 Wyndham points towards a future hotel reservation off their website. “The property is completely run down and about two thirds of the property looks abandoned. The room was dirty. The bed sheets had holes and stains. The windows did not lock. There is one outlet in the entire room. The shower head was broken and sprayed water everywhere. The indoor pool was gross and had moldy water and place smelled like something died in there. “The beds were great. The tub had not been cleaned (so we opted to shower when we got home). The people next door had a dog or two (hard to tell) that barked and whined often. We did not get much sleep. Someone in a different room pounded on the walls (meaning "shut your dogs up.") If it was a longer stay we would have requested a different room.
