Steps to Private Association Beach. End Unit Condo at Outermost Harbor.

Updated Condo at Outermost Harbor. Enjoy amazing views of the famous Chatham sandbars or catch a glimpse of playful seals by the Marina from the private association beach. Take a lovely 1/4 mile walk through the dune pathway along the sandbar to Lighthouse Beach or to Monomoy Wildlife Refuge. Located steps away is the Outermost Marina (a Freedom Boat Club host) that offers shuttle service to North and South Beaches and seal tours. Take a pleasant one mile walk to town to visit the many shops and restaurants including the Chatham Squire, Wild Goose Tavern and Impudent Oyster, or stay put and enjoy the beautiful sunrise over the ocean while sipping coffee on a rocker outside the front door. If not an early riser, you can take in a beautiful sunset while grilling and sipping a cocktail or just relaxing on the private back deck that is equipped with an Adirondack dining table and outdoor sofa. The Chatham Bars Inn and all its restaurants are approximately 1 mile away and just beyond that is the famous Chatham Fish Pier with delectable fresh and cooked seafood. The viewing deck is a great spot to watch the local fishermen bring in the day's catch and to observe the seals swimming about. This end unit with its large windows providing natural light and wonderful views is truly a fabulous location in which to explore Cape Cod.

Enjoy the newly renovated kitchen with counter seating for meals and the living area with reclining sofa and chairs to enjoy a movie night. The primary bedroom is located on the main level and has a queen size bed, closet, dresser and stackable washer and dryer with a slider to the deck. The loft has a full size futon with dresser and work area. Behind a barn door in the eaves, is a cozy sleep nook with a full size bed, dresser and small TV.

Location awesome. Very lovely snd quiet. Host pleasant and responsive to pre stay questions. Excellent for exploring the beach and for beach walks. Convenient to shops and amazing restaurants as well as drives to Provincetown, Eastham and surrounding towns and beaches. We had a wonderful stay overall. Updated and comfortable bedroom and bedding. Pleasantly appointed kitchen and living area. If only, the bathroom was of the same level. It is quite outdated compared to the remainder of this beautiful unit. Note there are no photos of the only bathroom. There was a strong MUSTY odor in the bathroom. My husband and I are both quite sensitive to MOLD. Considerable mold was seen on ceiling and around tub caulking. The ceiling paint/plaster was peeling. The bathroom door would not stay open. Likely a plumbing leak somewhere within the walls going on for a while to have caused this. This was not an issue that could have been addressed during our stay. But If these water/mold issues were definitively fixed, my rating becomes a solid 5. We would love to stay there again if water leaks and mold issue are remediated.

Lovely location - very quiet, close to the water, Chatham light and to the town of Chatham. We particularily enjoyed walking the beach at low tide. The condo had been nicely renovated and was well equipped. We are looking forward to our next visit to the Cape!

Fantastic stay

Property was exactly as described, clean and very comfortable. Host David was excellent throughout the process. Located in a quiet area about 1 mile from main street. The sandbank is literally on your doorstep with a 5 minute walk to a lovely swimming spot. Everything was exactly as we had hoped.

Lovely Beach Property

Location is everything!!! A condo steps from an amazing gorgeous private beach! Condo had everything you could want or need. Small but perfect for my husband and me! Location is close to everything you may want to visit. A real find! Was perfect for our Anniversary celebration. Host had great restaurant suggestions! Hope to return to this little paradise!

Beach walk just outside the door

A nice property but the location is a big win. Clean and comfortable with waking access to mikes of beach. And the Monomoy wildlife refuge is just a few miles down the road.

Relaxing beach escape on the Cape

We've stayed at various Chatham properties over the years. This condo was fresh, updated, very clean & was even roomier than the photos present as the loft provides an open work area with desk & screen and futon bed and a separate bedroom under the eaves with a sliding barn door and TV. Cute & functional kitchen. Owner Dave was a great communicator and quickly resolved a small technical issue we had with the Roku TV. Easy access to private beach to enjoy small harbor, resident seals and views to the 'sea' , some boat activity & walkable to Lighthouse Beach. Lovely cross breezes, watch sunrise from the front porch rockers and a comfortable back deck area to lounge, grill, eat and relax with a sunset cocktail. We look forward to renting again!

Great stay

We stayed with our 2 kids and loved the setup of the condo. The kids loved their room upstairs. The beach was literally 20 steps away. The condo had everything we needed and more. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Fantastic week on the cape

This cozy, attractive condo was perfect for our needs (3 adults). Beds were very comfortable and the condo, which is small, is well laid out and well appointed - including up to date laundry and other appliances. Fantastic proximity to beautiful marsh walk and views as well as the heart of atham. Easy to access both beaches on the Sound as well as the Atlantic. Excellent communication with the host before and during our stay. Would highly recommend!

Great location, lovely condo.

This is a great little place, a short walk across the parking lot to a small beach and series of sand spits that's great to explore. (We drove up to the National Seashores for real beach days.) Beds upstairs and down are comfortable, the kitchen very functional, and the patio out back is a great place to eat, read, or work.

Peace and tranquility

This was exactly the experience I was hoping for and needed. Communication with David was easy and friendly. I really felt like they wanted me to have a very relaxing time at this property. The location was incredible; quiet, close to the water and convenient to the village of Chatham and other parts of the Cape. The bed was super comfortable and the place was very clean. The place had everything I needed to be comfortable. It was really hard to leave and I hope to be able to stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful few days of R&R
