“Had a good stay overall. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient. Good value for the price and would stay again!”

“The motel is rundown. Needs some TLC. We stayed one night and we were disturbed all night by another tenant. There wasn’t even a coffee machine, cups etc no hair dryer. There wasn’t even a bar of soap already used left in the bathroom for us to use. One bath towel, face cloth for two people. We had to move microwave to plug it in. Beds very soft . This is not a comfortable stay. Do not recommend”

“Tyler was a very responsive host. The home is as listed - modern, beautifully decorated, comfortable and very clean. We had all the kitchen basics we needed, no frills. The bed is comfortable. The rainfall shower is great. The couch and living room are cozy. Close by, off street parking is a nice inclusion. “Mark was a fantastic host! Super helpful, personable and kind, he helped my mom and I carry in our bags and we enjoyed pleasant conversations with him. Heck, he even picked us some delicious fresh cucumbers from the garden! The property was beautiful and well maintained. I felt very safe and comfortable here. Any time I visit the area, I think I've certainly found a diamond in the rough that I will be renting again! My favourite part was the dock and remembering how beautiful my home community...

“Be prepared for some tiny indoor spaces. If you don't mind that, everything for your stay is there: Fridge, plates a cups and cooking utensils, a BBQ outside, a fire pit. A parking space in front of the cottage. The host is very helpful in case you need anything. The cottage is in a subdivison of cottages near Lake Erie, a short drive from the Rondeau provincial park. The description says there is no front desk, but there is actually an office for the whole subdivision.”

“When we booked this property we based it off of a 9.4/10 rating and pictures available. We found out the day that we checked in that the reviews giving the 9.4 were “external” reviews and could not be accessed. Our first impression was not wonderful because the unit is on a street with vacant and some run down homes. When entering we were hit with a very strong musty odor. “Great home in great location. Close to restaurants stores and parks. House was very clean, well equipped and comfortable. Highly recommended. ”

“It worked out fine for our needs but we were a little surprised when the bathroom was a separate building and this perhaps tainted our view. Bed was comfortable and the host provided a great breakfast. The weather was chilly so a nighttime trip to the "outhouse" (a nice bathroom but separate) was intimidating. They provide an in room commode making it just like old times on the farm.Great remote location in a farming community.”
