Välkommen till The Vineyards Lodge! Njut av en vacker 180-graders fri sjöutsikt i ett anpassat nordvästra hantverkarehem. Detta hem ligger i ett privat område som omges av vingårdar, fruktträdgårdar och vingårdar. Glädje i semester lodge dekor som visar allt som är Chelan. Detta hem har ett modernt kök, ett bubbelbadkar i masterbadet, en dold sovhytt i vardagsrumsnytta och en mysig TV sittgrupp på loftet. Du kan ta panoramautsikt över sjön och bergen från din privata täckta däck och bakgård. Vi inbjuder dig att komma och bo i vårt hem för att njuta och koppla av.

Promenera till några av Chelans bästa vingårdar, med Siren Song Winery, Nefarious Cellars, Chelan Estate Winery, Fielding Hills Winery, Karma Vineyards, varje inom en halv mil i båda riktningarna. Promenera, cykla eller jogga den fredliga South Lakeshore Road längs sjön för din morgonövning. Du kommer att vara inom en fem mil bilresa till centrala Chelan där du kan njuta av shopping, restauranger och flera attraktioner, inklusive golfbanor och Slidewaters. Ta dig ur stränder, eftersom detta hem ligger centralt mellan två parker. Lake Chelan State Park har en båtlansering, simhall, vandringsleder och paddleboard eller kajakuthyrning. The house was beautiful and very clean. Unfortunately, the lock in the front door was broken. The only way to access the house was through the back door. The person who walked around the house to the back door opened the front door for my 88year old mother. To lock the door, my mom and I walked out the front door. One person stayed behind and locked the door from the inside and then exited the back door. I reported this to the management company repeatedly. They twice told me someone was on their way to fix it. No one ever arrived. Then they told me someone fixed it while I was out. It was still not working. My poor mom did not feel safe. I felt bad for the people arriving after us having to deal with the same problem.

Very poor communication

Bathroom toilet broken. Nobody fixed despite numerous attempts leaving us with 1.5 bathroom for 11 people. Bed was broken and hazard for kids and never fixed. WiFi was terrible making watching tv or working near impossible. Worst part is that nobody from the property management company did anything other than telling us a ticket is open. Easy fixes and simply terrible follow up via phone and chat.

Took over an hour after multiple calls to get in. They don’t answer. Holds go forever. Asked prior to going twice if there was a bbq finally got a response the day of check in. They said no but there was one that didn’t work. The lawn is dirt due to the grass dying from no water. One Tv remote for two tvs. One very rickety bed that’s close to breaking. Only 7 forks. Nice house and a decent view however the yard and it’s terrible shape is real downer. Would not rent again!

Long weekend stay

We stayed in the property and we’re not able to get inside for almost 1.5 hours as the door lock code did not work. The staff was not able to diagnose the issue why the code is not working and we were frustrated as our kids wanted to settle inside , seems like the owner changed the code and the management had no clue , will not recommend vacasa again. Master bathroom tub had a lot of dead bugs, and powder room toilet was clogged. We called them to fix it, but the person said it would require them to remove the seat which would smell and then didn’t do it and asked us to not use the toilet. We didn’t get any compensation for not being able to use the powder room. We also asked for extra time for check out but no one responded and the cleaners came right at the check out time and started cleaning while we were taking our stuff out. The worst experience we have had in a vacation rental

Great location, beautiful house

Very well maintained property with an amazing location. Views are good, wineries are at walkable distance. Property is well isolated to give a sense of privacy and tranquility. Vacasa team was super helpful.

Nice place

great location on the south side of the lake. Easy access to the wineries and downtown Chelan. The house is just above the road so it can be a bit noisy. The view is great but through the power lines. Overall a very nice place to stay.

Not very clean or well appointed.

Lovely location and great view, but there were cobwebs and bits of paper in the bathroom, poor a/c upstairs, one cup of laundry detergent, a clogged drain in upstairs bath. Not what I expected.

disappointed in our stay

nice home but dirty in and out. Not set up for close for 12 people not enough plates or forks. no directions on how things worked .No tv Hard to find home and no signs to help find home. broken lawn chairs. yard not mowed and a mess . Entry dirty and bird poop in corner of entry

Relaxing stay with plenty room

We had plenty of rooms and space. I expected the house to be close to the lake but it’s actually down the hill across the street that you don’t have access to from the house. The beds weren’t exactly comfortable for everyone. The house seemed clean enough but it lacked some towels and there were some things in the rooms there wasn’t tidied up. We had some difficulty getting to the right house and had some questions so I emailed the host and I never got a call or an email back. It was a relaxing stay all around but it wasn’t a perfect place to stay.

Great house, nice view, walking distance to a bunch of good wineries and a bar. Didn't have any of the cleanliness issues others have complained about. Recommend a stay for sure.

Great location and view, but maintenance, cleaning, and prep for guests needs work.

Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay and time in Chelan. The house was cozy and the view of the lake from the back of the house was great. However, there were a few issues relating to basic maintenance, cleaning, preparation and other details missed that were a bit of a surprise considering the expense we paid. I’ll share the details in a direct message since there is a character limit here (all feedback does not fit) with the hope that they will be remedied soon and future guests will not experience the same issues, as we would also enjoy an opportunity to come back. All of the missed details for cleaning and preparation just made us overall think there must not be a cleaning, maintenance or prep checklist that is ran through before any guests arrive, and really made us question the cleanliness of the home as a whole.

Winter getaway was well worth it!

Only reason not 5 stars is there was an issue with the code which I was sort of expecting from reviews but they didn't seem to be aware of the wrong code issue. With that said a phone call and a quick response got us into the door. A follow up text provided an updated code. Also there were small maintenance and cleaning issues such as the front door not bolted or trash underneath furniture. Now the view was just amazing and everything you see advertised is pretty much as pictured. The kitchen accommodated everything needed to cook for the group even without using the bbq in back. There is a gas station really close that is convenient. For what you pay this house is well worth it! Fun memories!

Lovely property but....

Beautiful view from the back porch of the lake, unfortunately the lawn had not been mowed for a couple of weeks. Poor lawn care overall. House holds 13 total but only 8 plates and 8 forks. Not enough towels in bathrooms and no kitchen towels. Also a used condom is in the closet of the master bedroom Yuck Painting work crew showed up early and we were not informed that was going to happen.

Disappointed by the lack of cleanliness and upkeep of this property and home

The photos of this home are beautiful but unfortunately they are not congruent with how the property actually looks; specifically the back yard. The deck had 2 bird nests which resulted in bird feces on the furniture and deck. Unfortunately we spent our own time cleaning the outside area versus relaxing. We were also highly disappointed by the lack of cleanliness, especially in the middle of a pandemic. The refrigerator, freezer, and stove, and open trash can, had not been cleaned, the there were bugs in the bathtub, there was mold in the master bath shower and unfortunately there were not cleaning supplies beyond soap to help us make this right during this difficult time. We were also locked out of the home 3 times due to the key-less system. We are simply sick that during a pandemic, with paid time off, we couldn't enjoy our stay. We will not be returning.

Great experience all around

The property was exactly as advertised. Spotlessly clean and well equipped for a family of 8. The view was great as well. This is the perfect place to go during Covid-19 since we can all eat together without having to go to restaurants. There is a propane BBQ. The only thing to remember is the place is 10 minutes away from most of the amenities of Chelan which is good because it is very quiet and no traffic in the area, but it does take some preplanning to get to the actual lake itself.

Nice place in town

We enjoyed the location and property was kept clean and tidy. Good access to town and local beaches. There were a few things broken upon arrival, towels on the stairs and we didn’t have the right passcode to enter. We still enjoyed our stay after these issues were worked out. Lovely house all in all.
