CHINOOK

Chinook är ett 3 våningar hem med 3 sovrum + sovloft och 3 badrum, plus ett extra vagnshus. Detta är ett idealiskt hem för värd för en stor familj eller en grupp vänner, med bekväma sovarrangemang och matplatser för 8 till 10 personer. Njut av frukost i kökshallen, gruppmiddagar vid det stora matbordet eller uteservering med grill, uteplats och veranda runt om.

Du hittar köket fyllt med alla verktyg, apparater och rätter du behöver för att förbereda och njuta av en enkel eller utarbetad måltid, beroende på ditt humör. Riklig plats för alla i det stora rummet på första våningen gör det till en perfekt samlingsplats på kvällarna för att underhålla eller titta på filmer på storbilds-TV.

Den tredje våningen har både en sovplats med två enkelsängar samt ett separat spel / medierum med bäddsoffa, stolar, storbilds-TV, Blu-Ray-spelare, fotbollsbord och massor av böcker, filmer och bräde spel för hela familjen att njuta av. WiFi är tillgängligt i hela huset.

Vagnshuset har en queen size-säng, 3/4 badrum, bord och två stolar, platt-TV och en frukostbar med handfat, mikrovågsugn, minikyl, kaffebryggare, disk, koppar, glas och bestick.

På Chinook kan du gå utanför direkt till den angränsande miniparken med gräsmatta och svängningsuppsättning, korsa gatan till bocce ballpark eller fortsätta över Jackrabbit Lane till Lookout Park där du kan njuta av utomhuspoolen, spa, klubbhus, pickle ball domstol, och stor öppen lekplats. Allt detta plus tillgång till stranden framför sjön Chelan gör detta till den perfekta semesterresan under varje säsong på året.

Hundar är tillåtna på Chinook. Högst 2 hundar, 70 kilo eller mindre, lådor i trälåda, kruktränad. INGEN valpar

Lookout-samhället växer och det kan finnas byggverksamhet under din vistelse. Byggtiderna varierar beroende på säsong men kommer att falla mellan 07:00. m. - 06:00 s. m. på vardagar och 8:00 a. m. - 4:30 s. m. på helger. We love the daily activities the Lookout puts on plus all the shuttles they provide. Our dog feels right at home in this house too! Amazing house, great location, superbly clean!

The Chinook house has everything one could want for a getaway vacation with the kids and grandparents. Fully stocked with toys, kitchen supplies, and comfortable beds. Great location next to the Swing Park and Bocce Court. Highly recommended for families and friends!

Just what we needed!

This was a perfect vacation for us. The home and the Lookout exceeded our expectations. The one and only negative thing was the temperature difference between the first floor and the second and third floors. The upper floors were really warm! But overall we loved our time. The house was well stocked and perfect for our family of 9.

The perfect spot for those with kids

We had six kids 10 and under in our group and they loved the upstairs loft that was loaded with kids toys, games, and books. The house was clean and well laid out and in an awesome location next to a garden and just one street off the pool house and pickleball court. Our only two minor complaints were that the fire pit on the porch is too small to be functional. We tried to cozy up to it in the evenings, but I’m not kidding when I say it’s the size of a small side table and the flame it puts out is not big enough to provide any actual heat. We were slightly jealous of the other fire pits we saw on most other properties. The second small complaint was that the internet speed is too slow to be functional. We tried streaming Netflix and Amazon Prime for the kids and literally every time the show would buffer, pixelate, and then pause. This also happened regularly when surfing the news on my phone. We didn’t go to Chelan to spend our time in front of screens so this wasn’t a huge headache, just know the internet speed won’t cut it for most normal use. But again, we would absolutely stay here again since the location, layout, and kids stuff was beyond expectations. Lovely home at a fair price.

Reviewer Comments: We rented this property for Memorial Day weekend and absolutely loved the home, location, cleanliness (especially with it being pet friendly), outside yard area with a swing set, and how well the house was stocked! The house felt huge, especially with the entertainment room on the 3rd floor. We took up the three bedrooms on the 2nd floor and could have hosted a whole other family on the 3rd! The kitchen was extremely well stocked and there was plenty of room for dining - a kitchen table, dining room table and bar seating. The entertainment was a dream for our son who loved the foos ball table and all of the toys and games. I highly recommend this home!

Great Family Summer Getaway

So much for all of us to do and plenty of room for the entire family! Close to the pool, close to the parks and with the valet service to the lake, it was easy to get there as well. The kitchen was well stocked also and we cooked every meal at the house. Plenty of room for everyone to sit down together and enjoy each others company. Will definitely be back!!
