“We LOVED Mulberry Cottage.It starts with the full and precise information sent from the host Fiona.The moment you step through the gate into your private walled courtyard you feel welcomed. The interior is immaculate and spotlessly clean. The kitchen is 'fully' equipped with everything you could possibly need. Cosy lounge area. TV, sonos, cosy cushikns and blankets. A dog bed, bowls, blanket and towel were all privided too. Flint loved it here.Comfy bed with great linen, and plenty of storage....

“Fabulous property with everything you’d possibly need for a comfortable stay. The location of the property was also great as it felt quite secluded but was actually only a 10 minute walk into Bourton centre (a decent torch is recommended though if you’re walking back at night as the lane is not lit). The property owner was lovely to deal with and left us a welcome pack which was very thoughtful.”

“Lovely home , lovely decor , missing Hattie the Hare great location close to Burton on the Water and Stow on Wold , 20 mins Burford and the amazing garden centre . The food at the Wheatchief Pub fabulous so good we went back 3 times , has all amenities near by highly recommend ”

“Lovely property just a short walk into the centre of Bourton on the water, though beware there is a very steep hill to climb when walking back. Very spacious. Lounge and open plan kitchen could do with a bit of an update. Fabulous views across the country side and so many different species of birds to view from the very large window in the lounge. Owners very kindly left binoculars and a bird book. Extremely quiet setting. Stayed Friday to Monday and it was a really lovely break. ”

“Chapel Cottage is a spacious but cozy quaint home that is incredibly convenient to nearby county sites, villages, gardens and museums.Sophia and Hugh were wonderful hosts. We enjoyed several conversations when we just happened to be out in the adjoining gardens at the same time. The cottage kitchen is well stocked for cooking and many DVDs, books, and games are available.We enjoyed our stay thoroughly and would not hesitate to rent Chapel Cottage again.”

“The cottage has been renovated nicely, and was well stocked, we arrived to fresh eggs, pastries, milk in the fridge, a bottle of Merlot, and firewood for the fireplace. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. The bed was comfy and the location was great. The picturesque small village is not crowded with tourists, only a few, which is to be expected. ”

“We had an amazing and relaxing stay here. Even though we had problems finding the right cottage at first. :-) It was clean, fresh and quiet. The only downside for me was the scent sticks in the cottage. I am allergic to scents, but I had not mentioned this when I booked our stay so I am to blame for forgetting to mention that. I can highly recommend this place and the owners of this wonderful cottage.”
