“What stood out? All the above! Our flight was delayed 5 hours but check in in the wee hours of the morning was still fast, simple, and courteous. Location is phenomenal -pickup baggage and walk right across the street. We wanted our drive to Banff to be in the daylight so we could see the beautiful scenery. ”

“The hotel was clean, comfortable and well maintained. The underground heated parking was such a plus for the winter, especially when the blizzard happened during my stay, and was easily accessible. Overall a very hood hotel to stay in and all staffs are friendly. I will come again and stay here for the reasonable deal / price.”

The shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, and moisturizer smelled amazing and they give you a little aroma therapy roll-on that smells wonderful and helps with sleep. “This was a good location for our family for 1 night, the staff were friendly and it was a nice clean modern hotel in a good location. There is no free breakfast, they offer breakfast in the restaurant for a cost. There is a buffet or you can order off the menu, both are very expensive and nothing special. if you can go somewhere else for breakfast. ”
