“They are going through a remodel (late June 2026) and upon stepping foot into the hotel, I was met with a really musty smell. Thankfully the room didn’t smell and they had air fresheners after that 1st day but the smell was very strong in the hallways and any main areas. Pool was nice for kids, breakfast was decent, the staff was wonderful. But the smell was bad- it took us multiple showers and loads of laundry after returning home, to get the musty smell off of us. “Simple but ok for a quick stopover. We came with low expectations but just needed a place to stay the night after the flight. In the morning we continued. The service was nice and quick and the room simple but ok. Unfortunately there were disturbing talks in the hallway during the night, but apart from that we were satisfied. The price is low so for us this worked. WiFi worked and the room was clean. No breakfast. ”

“The room was very spacious and comfortable, prompt check in great location to local beaches and sight seeing Would like to see things like WIFI included in the original rate as well as a free breakfast as I was unaware these were extra fee to access. ”

“People beware of this location!! Pictures provided on Expedia are not accurate. This is not a hotel is more like a motel. The room is dirty holes in the walls. Fridge was dirty had dirt pile up. Furniture was 2nd had. False advertising. I don’t even want to get into it about the bed. Don’t not book here!!”

“The furniture in the lobby and the room was dirty, there was no microwave in the room (there was 1 on each floor though) the refrigerator was not cold, and the room was dark the lighting was very low.”

“There was noise from the elevator so loud that the bed was shaking. This was going on every time someone used the elevator. And that was going on throughout the nights as well. Toilet was running and refilling constantly. ”

“I didn't expect the room to be luxurious, as you generally get what you pay for. However, finding hair all over the bed, sticky floors, rust stains in the bathtub, numerous bugs, an extremely noisy air conditioner, and a very dirty carpet was simply unacceptable. These cleanliness and maintenance issues made the stay quite unpleasant. It was first and last time for the Redroof.”

“I paid for the room when I booked it with the Hotels.com app. When I check-In the hotel charged me for the room. Tlaked to them and they promised me a refund, but still 4 days later I haven´t got any money. ”

“We were never able to check in. We arrived at the motel at 6:30pm. No one was available to check us in. There was a sign posted outside the office saying that check in was only from 3 to 4pm. We lost the money we had paid for the room, and had to find another hotel to stay in. A drug addict who was staying in one of the rooms was wandering around in the parking lot. He scared my wife.”
