1 BDRM - Great Location!

This classy apartment has everything you need for your travels, for a night or longer. Sleeping for 3 includes a comfy, memory foam king-sized mattress and memory foam twin-sized roll-away bed.
Park your car and walk everywhere! So close to downtown! Prep meals in this full kitchen and take care of your laundry in the shared coin-op laundry room.

This is an upper level apartment with 5 other apartments in the building. There is one next door and one 2 apartments below. There is a nice little patio on the front of the house that is shared with the other guests in the building. Feel free to head out there (in the summer;) with your morning coffee. There isn't Central A/C (although almost any place in Wyoming can be kept comfortable by opening up the window at night, and shutting everything in the morning. A swamp cooler and portable AC is available seasonally, typically between Memorial Day and Labor Day. The building is close to 100 years old, so typical floor squeaks and "old" building noises may occur. Nevertheless, updates have been made where needed to make sure you have a comfortable, modern stay.

We are available by text or phone between 7am and 10pm. If you have an urgent need, don’t hesitate to reach out anytime!

You can see the hospital from the front window! This place is centrally located within 10-15 minutes of ANYWHERE in Cheyenne!

Lyft & Uber available. Free off-street parking and on-site parking.

Long term guests staying more than 2 weeks will need to arrange an additional refundable cleaning deposit or schedule regular cleanings during stay (for an additional cleaning fee)

Pets are welcome. I charge a pet fee of $15/pet per night with a maximum of $150 per stay. This is charged the day before your arrival. We do ask that you keep all pets off the furniture and keep them crated when you leave the home.

CANCELLATIONS at any time will incur a 6% refund fee.
No smoking (any kind) or vaping on property
Please respect quiet hours between 10pm-7am

Run down, not enough tables or chairs, too many steps 20) to get into property, one day there was no room for me to park. I have stayed in 3 different bnb's in Cheyenne and this was definitely the 3rd best. No cupboard for bath articles in bathroom

This is an older property, very comfortable, clean, with an excellent bed. We didn’t want to spend $150-$200 a night to sleep. The kitchen had everything we needed. We met the owners son who was a clean cut, intelligent young college student and we actually played a little guitar together. 😊

The beautiful real oak floors were dirty. There were attempts at providing a good experience, but the place needs an extensive deep cleaning and new paint. The bottom of the shower curtain was stained mildew pink. Towels were clean. There was a coin laundry that was clearly storage for supplies which were in disarray and dirty. Yet, the kitchen was stocked with condiments and good glassware and dishes. The cost was very reasonable. It could have been a really great place, if it was clean.

Good place to lay our heads

The property is very clean, spacious and comfortable in a charming old building. Also quiet at night which was huge plus for us. The kitchen is huge! The property owner is very good with communication which is also something I prize. Thank you for a great stay.

Lovely stay in a beautiful town

The unit is as listed. Great location, within walking distance to attractions and food. There were a couple of minor issues but the manager/owner communicated promptly & quickly took care of the issues. Will definitely stay again when we return!

Excellent location in the capitol

At first I was worried, as the exterior was a bit bedraggled looking but the interior was clean and cozy. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking essentials, also a nice place to hangout because of the tall table. The bathroom was upgraded, but the water pressure was low in the shower. The bedroom and living room were spacious with a nice view of the capitol dome. The apartment is on the 2nd floor, which was tough for my traveling buddy - a 13 year old cocker spaniel, he does not like stairs. It was pretty cold and windy while I was in town, but the apartment was nice and warm! I never did figure out the TV channels, but I was about to cast my laptop to the screen and watch TV that way. The location made it easy to walk around or take a short drive to sightsee or dine out. I used Uber and the driver lives about 3 minutes, so that made for almost no wait! Overall, a nice place to stay while near the state capitol.

Perfect for us

We are relocating to NC and needed a place to stay after getting a late start leaving SLC. We were highly stressed after encountering a storm between rawlins and Cheyenne. We got there late and the checking was smooth and easy. The place was clean and welcoming, excellent value, it was warm, and accepted our well behaved dog. Floors are noisy as it is an old place, but if it does not bother the person below it didn't bother us. 😉 great vrbo transaction.

I knew the property was old but it really needs updates. The bed was comfortable and the place was clean. However it smelled old, and the floors had severe squeaks upon every step. The paint on the outside is peeling, especially around the windows and doors. The stairs were extremely steep and a bit rickety as well. The internet worked, but the TV only provided streaming services, and you had to use your own logins to access them - so if you didn't have a subscription already, you couldn't watch. We left a night early.

Quaint apartment near downtown

Great stay for married couple! On second floor of complex on quiet street. Good value. We liked the minimalist decor and the navy blues. Kitchen was spacious, but could use an oven pan.

Cute, comfy, and conveniently located

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. There is convenient off street parking, surprisingly nice sized kitchen with a Keurig, large tub/shower, and a very comfortable king sized bed. It also has lovely hard wood floors and molding that gives it a warm feel. We would stay again, highly recommended.
