“This is a wonderful place to stay! The host does cater to your every need. There’s food, all sorts of coffee, blenders, toasters, an iron, a smart tv and the most comfortable bed ever. My son is at WyoTech which is what took me to the area and this place worked perfectly. Highly recommend. ”

“Great stay in basement apartment. The caretakers were immediately responsive to all needs. It is recently remodeled, very clean and cozy. I stayed for a month, was mostly alone but did have my young family visit a few times. The kids LOVED the Legos that were provided. One bed has a slide, so fun. “My husband and I came to town with another couple for Cheyenne Frontier Days and this was the perfect stay! We were close to the fairgrounds and downtown, but not on top of everything where the traffic was crazy. We enjoyed the view of the park and felt very safe. Perfect size for 2 couples, would recommend!”

There is a nice Keurig style coffee pot with some complimentary pods and some snacks that were nice. “This was a great place to stay while we spent a few days taking in the Cheyenne area sights! The spacious cooking area made it easy to prepare meals in, and having a washer/dryer was an added bonus. We had no issues, but i assume they would've been handled quickly and easily with the owner on property. Beautiful location away from town!”

One really feels the simple charm of the early days—lots of natural light and original materials. Nothing is false or imitation. “I came to Laramie to visit my son for Thanksgiving. The house is exactly as advertised. I was worried the house would be cold when I got there, but the heater was already turned on. Wind chills dipped below 0 on the trip, but the house was toasty. Would definitely stay here again.”

“It was a nice place, but IT'S IN THE BASEMENT. The upstairs is VERY noisy, a cleaning company is up there cleaning something maybe rugs or??? And it's LOUD, which gets old. Also smells like puppy, not sure if it's urine or wet dog smell but it's always there, like when you rent from a place that accepts doggos.”

“We loved the little basement apartment unit. All the necessities were there…minus a cutting board, that would be a nice addition to the kitchen tools. The beds were super comfy and water pressure was great in the shower. There is noise from the upper apartment so if you’re a light sleeper that might be a problem but for us it wasn’t a big deal. Loved the decor and location was easy to access and close to the grocery store Safeway on 3rd street. Thank you!”

“The quirky steam punk decor was a delight. The street was VERY quiet and parking out front was easy. Jay stopped by because the emails were not going thru. Mandy and Jay were wonderful hosts and were available if needed. The home was cozy. The bedding was nice and beds very comfortable. The internet worked quite well, too. Would definitely stay here again. Cleanliness is my highest priority and this home met my picky standards. Thanks again, Mandy and Jay”

“We enjoyed our stay at this cute little townhouse. Property has some great updates. It has a few things that may still be being worked on but nothing that detracts from the stay. Our dogs enjoyed the little back yard which was perfect for them to stretch out, run and play. Host communicated well and was very kind. Definitely recommend staying here!”
