The patio furniture will be stored in the garage for the winter months, but is still available for use.

The main living room provides space to unwind together, while a second living area downstairs becomes a cozy movie room with a large-screen TV and comfortable seating - perfect for family nights or lazy afternoons. Sleeping arrangements
With five thoughtfully arranged bedrooms, everyone has a comfortable place to rest. The primary suite features a king bed and private ensuite bath with a tub, offering a quiet retreat at day’s end. Three bedrooms each hold a queen bed, while the fifth room includes both a full and a twin bed, giving you flexible options for families or groups. Every bedroom includes blackout curtains, soft linens, and storage for your belongings, making it easy to feel at home.

Three full bathrooms serve the home, including one within the master suite. Each is equipped with shower or shower/tub combinations, plush towels, and bathroom essentials to make your stay easy and comfortable.

The fully stocked kitchen is a welcoming space for preparing meals together, complete with stainless steel appliances, a large granite island, and plenty of counter space. Ayu Ranch offers the space and amenities to bring people together while still allowing moments of solitude. With room for up to 11 guests, two living areas, and inviting outdoor spaces, it’s well-suited for families, friends, or small retreats. Added conveniences include high-speed WiFi, A/C, a washer and dryer, three TVs, and a contactless check-in process.
