“Although we only spent one night here we wish we could have stayed longer. A beautiful property, very tastefully designed in an unbeatable location. Easy walk into the centre of Ragusa Ibla and free parking a 5 minute walk down the hill. Andrea, the manager, was delightful. She was so apologetic for making us wait to walk us from the parking to the hotel even though we had screwed up and not replied to her last message! She made great restaurant recommendations. “Déception à l'arrivée, le palace n'était pas du tout ce que nous avions imaginé. Le lit était très mou, donc deux mauvaises nuit. La decoration du soi-disant Palace était très éclectique et pas du tout de bon goût. Pour le petit-déjeuner nous avons du le prendre à l'extérieur dans un palace qui pour le coup portait bien son nom, nous aurions préféré celui-là !!! Attention, en pleine saison la plupart des chambres doivent êtres très bruyantes de par l'activité nocturne de la ville.”

“Lovely to be greeted promptly by the helpful owner who answered our question about getting to the bus station on foot and later replied quickly about how to use the gas hob. Our time in the property was very short so we didn't even get to try what looked like a fantastic shower. Great location. It really was only a minute to the sights quoted.”

“An absolute jewel - centrally located, with absolutely everything you could want: privacy, comfort, cleanliness, plus a ton of extras such as lovely outdoor sitting areas, a shared full large kitchen, a stocked complimentary mini fridge in the room, terrycloth robes and slippers and more. Andd as if that weren't enough, not one but two jacuzzis! Really an exceptional experience.”

“Bra rum och rent två våningar upp branta och smala hiss saknades svårt få kontakt med personalen som sedan inte hittade vår bokning, en man som enbart kommunicerade på italienska kom och kollade våra pass och förvann sedan ingen info för övrigt, den fria parkeringen som finns i annonsen existerar inte utan vi fick ägna 45 minuter att leta efter en betalplats utefter gatan, "frukost" serveras 5 minuter bort på en kombinerad spel och tobakshandel och består av en kopp kaffe och vanilj bulle....
