What winery? There was none listed. Luxury apt? Completely misrepresented this basement apt was accessed through a small cinder block staircase in the back. oven was directly behind the door with visible wiring and fuse box next to it. no heat.Only a space heater. It's against the law in Chicago to rent an apartment without heat. a furnace in the closet only for 1st & 2nd and floor apts. the dishwasher was broken and the plumbing was inadequate to say the least. a very small apartment with an oddly huge shower which filled with water and wld not drain. use was limited to prevent flooding the apartment. When shower in use there was an alarming bubbling in the kitchen sink as the drainage from visiblyp rushed through the sink drain. The biggest problem was a non working toilet. Concerning for flooding . Upon flushing the toilet the water raised to the top and would not drain. Plunging didn't help. 2 hours later still unusable. owner insisted he could send a "technician" on a Sunday night. No working toilet in the meantime. I am disabled. We packed and went to a hotel. Not told that parking required a permit until day of arrival. Internet very slow because in basement
