This sleek and modern 3 bedroom / 4 queen beds / 2.5 bathroom condo is spacious and beautifully decorated with high end finishings. The condo is located in Logan Square, conveniently right next to the 606 susepnded pathway on California Avenue with a park and school across the street. A quick walk takes you to top rated restaurants, shops, and parks in the area. The blue line train stop is a convenient 10 minute walk from the condo. With plenty of free street parking this condo is the perfect spot to gather while having access to Chicagos's best offerings.

Kitchen - fully stocked for all your cooking and serving needs
Two gathering areas - couches in front and back living rooms
Desk space - a desk space located in the master bedroom; includes monitor and printer!
Front balcony - equipped with chairs, stools, and a propane grill
Bedrooms - 4 queen beds across 3 bedrooms plus an air mattress (sleeps 10)
Baby items - high chair, toddler cot, pack and play, and baby gate are in the storage area for guest use.

My place is great for multiple families, business travelers, large groups, or couples! This duplex is situated on a residential street with planty of free street parking for your convenience. With comfortable and stylish furnishings I want you to feel this is your home away from home!

- My cleaners are professionally trained and follow a tightly regimented cleaning and sanitizing checklist. They are equipped with a full complement of professional cleaning tools and chemicals including a hospital-grade disinfectant.
- Fresh towels and linens
- Wireless internet is always available
- TV with streaming options
- Kitchen appliances including a microwave, coffee pot with a reusable filter, tea kettle, and toaster
- I provide a keurig and coffee maker
- My place is FULLY STOCKED with all the amenities of home like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towels, toilet paper, tissue, sponges, hand soap and dish soap.
-The full sized kitchen is stocked with cookware, utensils, glasses, cutlery, sharp knives, cutting boards, baking sheets and all the basic tools like wine openers, cheese graters, vegetable peelers, pizza cutters, etc.

Guest access
Guests will access all doors to the unit with keypads, no physcial keys are necessary.
Other things to note
Unfortunately, during the pandemic, we had a significant rise in guests that want to rent the house for large gatherings / parties. Our home is meant for folks that are traveling for business, families visiting from out of state for holidays and guests interested in exploring the city, and small gatherings. It is not meant for large parties. We would like to see verifications and good reviews before renting the house. We do require all our inquiries contact us with details about their trip because want to insure the people renting are renting it for the right reasons.

Wow, what an incredible stay! We spent a week here and absolutely loved it. The host was beyond attentive and made us feel so welcome from start to finish. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated and had such a cozy-vibe..it truly felt like a retreat. The location couldn't be better! We were surrounded by amazing restaurants and had easy access to the bus and train, which made exploring the area a breeze. I will 100% be booking with them again. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fantastic stay!

We arrived on October 23, 2025, and found the property in unsanitary and uninhabitable condition. The home had dead and live flies, dust-covered furniture, dirty carpets, food stains, grimy floors, soiled pillows on furniture, dirty area rugs, and stained curtains. A strong musty odor made it difficult to breathe, and the house was uncomfortably hot and poorly ventilated.The listing claimed “ample parking,” but most nearby spaces were permit-only, and signage directly in front of the home prohibited parking from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. during our entire stay. This created significant hardship.We contacted the host immediately upon arrival but received no return call. Over a 24-hour period, the host remained unresponsive to both us and the Vrbo Support team. When the host eventually responded, the reply did not address the specific issues we documented.After reviewing the property’s history, we noticed that other guests had also mentioned fly and cleanliness problems in past reviews, suggesting these issues were known but unresolved.We hope this feedback helps future travelers make an informed decision. Guests with health or accessibility needs—or higher standards for cleanliness—should exercise caution before booking.

The unit was very spacious but it was clear there had been some water leaking issues due to a malfunctioning dishwasher. The kitchen floor is warped and the lower level had a musty smell. This water damage may have contributed to the small black flies in the basement. We were surprised to find out that the dishwasher wasn’t working when we arrived which was tough with the amount of dishes we went through with our kids. The host tried to get the dishwasher fixed while we were there, but it resulted in a technician arriving with a new dishwasher while the family was in the unit. We appreciated that she allowed us to leave the dishes to be loaded in the new dishwasher, but we may have made another decision if we had known the limitations.

Amazing place to stay in a great part of town. Multiple restaurants within walking distance. Ubers to downtown and Wrigleyville were only 15-20 min rides. Host was very flexible with check in and check out. Would definitely stay again!

Location was great, host was very accommodating and quick to respond to a few minor issues. Large rooms and very comfortable, there was space for everyone, we were a party of 6! As was noted in another review, the towels are small bath towels and they provide one for each guest. So you may want to pack your own!

The house was excellent and in a great location. The house exceeded the photos and descriptions. I’d recommend the house to others and would definitely stay here again with a group of people. Many restaurants and bars within walking distance. Small Chavel FTW!

A fun chance to live the city life. Such a beautiful home. Lots of different seating areas. Comfortable beds in the lower level and great for sleeping. School right across the street has a fun playground if you are bringing children. The 606 is a quick walk to bike, jog or walk. We ordered from the BBQ place two doors down. Parking was never a problem out front. Fun stay thank you.

Spacious and Beautiful

We loved the location of this property in relation to the downtown area. We spent every day downtown and it took us just a short time to get there. We always found a spot to park and we always felt safe. The property is beautiful and overall clean. We found a few wrappers behind night stands, nothing big or that would keep us from staying here again. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed, except for paper towels. The hostess checked in with us regularly, wanting to make sure we enjoyed our stay. We loved our trip to Chicago!

Great Find, fantastic stay

Really great place! Very spacious, clean, modern, updated, well stocked, comfortable and in a great location. There really was plenty of on street parking which I was originally concerned about but it turned out to be no issue. Host was easy to work with and very responsive. 10/10 would stay again!

Overall, we had a great time in Chicago. The area was perfect and it’s located right across a school so it made it a bit more entertaining when seating out in the balcony. The home had all we looked for and was very much pretty clean. Nice place to stay and will definitely reconsider for our next stay.

The unit is spacious but we only found 3 bedrooms not 4 as advertised. However it had 4 queen beds in 3 bedrooms. The bathrooms and carpet were not as clean as I like to see. The towels were small & thin with no extras to be found. The kitchen is nice but had little stock. The owner communicated well before the booking. The neighborhood is just ok. We were rarely at the unit except to sleep and get ready as the 5 of us were in town for a family wedding so lots of family events to attend.

Beautiful Spacious Condo

Very beautiful, large (pictures doesn’t do it justice), comfortable condo! The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because of the gnats we experienced, upon arrival. We did contact the host, upon notice at check in. The host reassured us that pest control would arrive soon, they never showed. We went and purchased gnat spray ourselves. They went away. Other than that and the smoke detector battery, the stay was amazing! The area is very nice and safe and within walking distance to restaurants, grocery, etc. The condo was well-equipped with everything you need and more (with the exception of enough towels) I do recommend this place. Don’t give it another thought! The benefits far outweigh the few nuances!

Great home and location

This home was perfect for my extended family and I to stay during a long weekend in Chicago. It’s a short drive from everything downtown and has tons of great restaurants, bars, coffee shops and stores nearby. Parking was a breeze with the whole street being free and always available, a rarity in Chicago! The balcony was perfect and utilized it a bunch with the cool summer days.

Good time in Chicago

The rental apartment is spacious and close to coffee shop, groceries and a BBQ place. Kitchen is well supplied and spacious. Living areas are much larger than photos appear. Our family of six could eat at the dining table. Enjoyed sitting out on balcony. Unit is across the street from an elementary school. We were able to find parking on the street within the block during our 5 day stay. Zohra, property manager, checked with us the morning after we arrived. She responded to all of our requests the same day. She also ordered replacement items which arrived the next day.

Long weekend with friends

This property was fantastic for our two families and 3 little ones with plenty of space to relax and enjoy! It was also super convenient to always get parking right out front, and we loved having the school across the street. It was clean, the host was very responsive and it had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again :)
