“Secure parking”

“Better than ever”

“The hotel was beautiful, nice staff. Only downside was pool was out of order.”

“Sophy Hyde Park is a very stylish, art forward hotel with beautiful, large and comfortable rooms, an engaging, friendly staff and a well-run, charming restaurant. The hotel is in a fun neighborhood which is convenient to The Obama Center and The University of Chicago.”

“Staff was exceptional”

“Wonderful breakfast. Fresh and hot. Staff very customer friendly”

“Clean room, staff was friendly , building was secure really enjoyed my stay”

“Overall not too bad. The day our room was supposed to be cleaned since they clean it every other day, they did not clean the room or dispose of the trash. Breakfast could have more options as well. Overall not too bad but those are areas of improvement.”

“Hi Chicago was a great hostel exceeding my expectations! It was very clean, comfortable and had a big hangout area and kitchen. Every bed had their own lamp and socket and the shower and toilet was always clean. Getting free breakfast was a huge bonus! Loved my stay and would recommend it to anyone”
