“the room was not well kept and the furniture is in desperate need of updating it's all scratched or peeling. the mattress had reddish brown dots on it which leads me to believe it is bedbugs. though the front desk staff was kindly, I could in no way stay there. it was disgusting and I was itching. “Wonderful breakfast. Fresh and hot. Staff very customer friendly”

“Enklare hotel för övernattning nära flygplatsen. Ser bättre ut på foton än i verkligheten. Slitet och skulle behöva renoveras. Skön säng och bra med transfer till flygplatsen.”

“Bra rum och särskilt till priset. Mycket trevlig personal som hjälpte oss att checka in. Lite bullrigt från vägen och trist frukost, men överlag en bra upplevelse! ”

“Overall not too bad. The day our room was supposed to be cleaned since they clean it every other day, they did not clean the room or dispose of the trash. Breakfast could have more options as well. Overall not too bad but those are areas of improvement.”

“Sophy Hyde Park is a very stylish, art forward hotel with beautiful, large and comfortable rooms, an engaging, friendly staff and a well-run, charming restaurant. The hotel is in a fun neighborhood which is convenient to The Obama Center and The University of Chicago.”

“There wasn't anything that I didn't like.”

“Please do not book this place, it is simply not worth it. I got held against another guest who did not pay their deposit and convinced me that she was waiting for someone outside who caused a scene and broke stuff. As result I am not getting my deposit back for something I had no control over. When cops showed up and heard both of our stories, they even said it was a definitely a scammy property. TKAE MY ADVICE PLEASE.”
