“Housekeeping was terrible they would not provide what I needed called for service did not come refuse to give new towels and cheese was told to wait for toilet paper front desk except Miss Wilson were terrible. Miss Wilson was the only one who was helpful and great”

“We never checked in because despite having a fully paid reservation they refused us at the lobby saying there were no rooms. We still haven't received our refund either from expedia or them”

“Affordable parking was difficult, we ended up using a third party for parking and got a ride to the hotel. The hotel itself was very clean and all the staff were extremely friendly. We were very happy with the room we got for the price we paid. Breakfast was decent, and there are plenty of restaurants surrounding the hotel for other meals. ”

“I stayed at the Hilton Chicago/Oak Lawn and honestly had a terrible experience. Around 3 AM there was loud music coming from the room next door, and even after calling the front desk, the noise didn’t fully stop. The walls are so thin you can clearly hear people talking. The room also smelled like weed, likely coming from the neighboring room, which made it very uncomfortable. On top of that, the bathroom door made a loud squeaking noise every time it was opened or closed. I barely got any...

“Only cold water, no hot water, couldn't take a shower, no tissues. I reserved a non smoking and it was a smoking, ash tray right in the room and smoke alarm was covered in plastic. We both woke up stuffed up and sore throats.”

“Booked and paid for a room. Called ahead to let them know I'd be coming in at 1am and was assure drhe room would be available. Arrived at 12.30 to be told they'd sold the room and were now sold out. Was told they'd refund the cost but had to chase them up to do so. At least the gut who got stuck with this was polite and got me abothee room at a different property. Inexcusable ineptitide for whoever was to blame.”

“Property consists of two adjacent buildings and appears to be under renovation Can only comment on the back building which is where we stayed. Back building has been recently renovated. Our room had been modernized and came with a microwave & minifridge. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, and there was plenty of hot water for showering.
