Amazing service! Everyone was awesome, service staff was very friendly, nice quick to respond to needs. The room was amazing! Food was great! Would highly recommend.

The Deluxe Villa is not what it looks like in the pictures. We couldn’t see the beach from it. The hotel is nice and has beautiful views. The villas are not in the same property. We felt deceive by the pictures. Definitely not worth the price for the villa when it doesn’t have an ocean view and is a good walk to get to the beach. The major reason we booked it was due to the ocean view. We had booked it for two nights but only stayed one night. The hotel is very nice and it should be made clear that the villas are not in the same property and no ocean view or direct beach access.

I really enjoyed with my family staying at this hotel the only thing I didn’t like was that when I did the reservation the hotel information made it sound Iike the hotel room had a sea view and that it was accessible to the beach easily we took my 75 years old mom and to get to the beach from the Garten hotel is 75 stairs down from the pool area just to consider is your have health issues but other than ghat the hotel is great

Stayed in Villas with our family. Loved the service, rooms and the amenities. The beach was absolutely beautiful. We could see both sunrise and sunset from the beach. The food at the hotel restaurant was good. We could also walk around the area and grab food. We walked in the area late night and it was so safe. Some of us learnt surfing and loved it.

I like that the beach is very close to walk to and very private. Everyone is very nice and it also has a gym. I don't like that the living room windows have no curtains or blinds. For the $500 per night, we expect them to provide us towels for the beach because we can't always bring towels in our luggage. They also don't have an iron in the room.

The location, on the beach was phenomenal. Small clean property with restaurant and beach. I purchased massage, that was also very good. My last interaction with Dennis, front desk person was slightly uncomfortable. I attempted to explain that I was charged for water incorrectly and he continued to reference the free water in the room.

I really enjoyed my time here, the property was modern and clean throughout. Beach accessibility from the hotel is beautiful bathway and pool area was as expected. We stayed in the villas, loved our private pool. Will be back again.

Pros: Small number of rooms gives this Villa or beach house type of feeling. Clean and safe. Cons: Some of the drinks are excessively expensive. Some of the staff members in the restaurant are in dire need of customer service training.

Las instalaciones son muy bonitas, la playa super bien, bastante privada, sin embargo la atención es regular, se tardan en servir las ordenes y no estan atentos a las necesidades de los clientes, creo que deben mejorar en ello, por lo demas la estadía es agradable y privada.
